Preparation:
Clean the cuttlefish,finely chopthe tomatoes,the onions and garlic.First we put the pot to heat,add the olive oil andlet it burn well. Add the cuttlefish, let them brown and then add dried onion, garlic,salt and black pepper.Let them caramelize and quench them with the red wine.Cover the pot with the lid for 2 minutes to keep theperfumes. Add some water, tomato, bay leaf, orange peel, onion look and dill. Leave it on low fire until the sauce sets.
